3 year old Quinn was found unconscious and not breathing on the bottom of a public swimming pool.  His mother Serena is full of praise for those who came to Quinn’s aid: “If not for the quick reaction of a fellow swimmer and the Rescue Helicopter’s fast response time, things could’ve been quite different for our family.  Seeing the Westpac Rescue Helicopter coming to help my boy as quickly as possible brought it home to me how lucky we are to have such incredible emergency services.”
