I was doing a 30km mountain bike race on Motutapu and Rangitoto Islands.  Unfortunately I fell off breaking my ankle in 3 places. The Westpac Helicopter flew me from Motutapu Island to Auckland Hospital which was great to be seen to so fast. The guys that looked after me were amazing and I wish to thank them all for their amazing stretcher side manner.
